Time and Count a Sequence of Events
With the GT Timer & Counter a single person can time a series of repetitive events, instead of using a team with stopwatches.   Whether you need to optimize your production line or monitor your daily time usage, the GT Timer is the easy and versatile way to clock a sequence of events on the factory floor and beyond.

Simply enter your list of events into the app, then each time one of the events happens, tap the name on the screen.   The event name and time stamp will be logged to the listing on the next page, where events can be examined for counts and timing.   The listing includes several delta-times for quick analysis.   Logs are saved to public storage for retrieval by any host computer via USB cord.   The app includes charts for counts and timing, and files are plain text for additional processing in a spreadsheet.

How It Works
The program functions are spread across four main panels.

Before the event starts:
Enter your list of tasks one at a time on Panel 2, the Task Tab.
These should be in the order the events are expected to happen.
You can save this list for future use on Panel 1, the Files Tab.

While the event is happening:
Each time you see a task happen, touch that task on the list.
Each touch will log the task name and time stamp to Panel 3, the Log Tab.
You can review the log listing at any time, during or after the event.

After the event:
You can view charts of your data on Panel 4 at any time.
The charts include several delta-times for quick analysis.
You can save your task and log lists for future use on Panel 1, the Files Tab.
Logs are saved to public storage where it can be retrieved by a host computer via USB cord.
Use the Layout screen to change the size and placement of the program.
