(11-1-07) We made a two day business trip to Shanghai and got out for a little sightseeing. Shanghai is a gigantic place that seems to go on forever, but the riverfront is spectacular.
(11-3-07) Sha Tin is one of the northern suburbs of Hong Kong. It's a bunch of highrises surrounding a scenic park that follow a canal for several miles. This is a wonderful place to stay when passing through and I stayed there four times on this trip, in the Royal Park Hotel which is connected to the train station via two shopping malls.
I spent that evening shooting long exposures as it was getting darker and darker. This was a lot of fun and some of the pictures came out pretty interesting.
(11-4-07) Day two in Sha Tin. I was strolling the park in the morning before catching a flight to Thailand. This place was busy before I got out of bed, starting with seniors doing the Tai Chi at sunrise.
